About the Celebration:

Our Juneteenth '24 Celebration is more than just an event;it's an immersive experience designed to empower young minds with the storiesof resilience, courage, and triumph from Black history. Through a series ofengaging activities, children will learn about Juneteenth and explore untoldstories of the Underground Railroad, the Buffalo Soldiers, the HarlemRenaissance, and more.

What's Included:

* Three Black history activity and coloring books

*Admission to three sessions of Sip Juice & Color History kids' online painting party/Juneteenth Celebration

* Access to a private Facebook group for more fun and interaction

What to Expect:

Each session of the Juneteenth ’24 Celebration/Sip Juice& Color History party begins with a lively discussion to set the stage forthe day's story. From there, we dive into empowering short biographies andstories, encouraging participation and questions from our young learners.Vocabulary-building exercises and creative expression through art follow,culminating in a unique Black history drama where kids unleash theirimagination to add twists to real-life narratives.
